Thought of the day: It's my week off but all I could think of are things that are going to change for the next school year. And it's a lot. I can prepare all I like but once the ball starts rolling I'm just gonna have to go w/ the flow and adjust accordingly. And it works out most of the time.

Food for thought:

Creamy roasted eggplant, parsnip and carrot soup w/ crumbled gorgonzola and fresh thyme.
