Thought of the day: On my day off I watched the epic film, Schindler's List. All I have to say is WOW. It's so amazing and gnarly that I had to watch all of the special features and Google more about everything. If you haven't seen this film but have heard of it, stop waiting and just watch it.

Can't show you any pictures of my kids but they had the cutest outfits!
We decided on celebrating at New Orleans style restaurant since it's reminiscent of our trip there.
But it was too expensive for our blood so we ended up grabbing grub from Mama Testa's. You know the one in the commercials. The guy who beat Bobby Flay in Throwdown.
Atasco tacos - Corn tortillas brimming w/ Mama's homemade chorizo. Served w/ cilantro, onion, and red tomatillo salsa. Prolly my first or second favorite here.
Yucatecos taco - Corn torilla tacos stuffed w/ Cochinita Pibil (marinated pork Yucatan style) topped w/ pickled red onion & radishes.
