Alvinisms 1000

"Love is a big word, it really should have more letters."

-Kobi Yamada

Did you know: I got jumped when I was in 2nd grade.

Thought of the day: So instead of trying to pick 10 pictures to represent 1,000 Alvinisms I'm choosing to break it down into sections of 200. Mind you that when I first started blogging I did not own a camera so if you look back, a lot of the pictures are actually just scans, or random pictures taken from the internet, photos borrowed, or older pictures from before. It's funny to see what kind of content I used to write back in the day too. Back when my readers were from 10-20 instead of hundreds. Yup, hundreds. Thanks folks for being interested...or bored.

Maybe they're less personal now and more quickly put up but it's sort of turned into a journal for me. A photo recap of my ongoing life rather than a emotional look back of what I've been doing. Either way I'm content w/ it and it's up to you if you wanna follow along.
Thank you to those who've been there since the beginning. Trust me, I know you few 10-20. And thank you to the friends I've made along the way. Hope to see all of you in here in the future.

Food for thought:

Josephine's cooking pal Jeff made this amazing looking blackened caramel catfish. Catfish has really really grown on me.

Ah the infamous drunk tank picture. Wow, this was 4 years ago.

Leo's not emotional. He just got hot sauce in his eyes. Now he's in the Air Force and all grown up. This picture makes me hungry.

My last performance w/ Mavyn at my graduation party at House of Blues San Diego.

Taking it back to preschool w/ Edwin.

This is from our first visit to Japan.

Even our beers matched. I miss my necklace. RIP Grandma.

It's been a while since we had a big group outing but it's understandable w/ us being all grown ups now.

My worst injury. Skating the RB business park left me in crutches for a month.

THE ROX!!! Nuff said!

Hahaha! When Photobooth first came out we all couldn't get enough.
Before Vince and I left for Japan me and 3 awesome women went on an unforgettable road trip to the Grand Canyon. Road trips are so expensive nowadays.

RIP Kodak. I miss you.

Miss the days of just skating the miniramp.

Oh yeah, somewhere along the lines of starting Alvinisms...I graduated college.

The best online flyer photo period.

Not gonna repost all of living in Japan but here's a quick recap of the pictures I chose.
1) First day at Nova
2) Vince and I finally find Mexican food
3) Kyoto is awesome
4) Everyone is a lot more friendly there
5) Beer vending machines are great
6) Secret gardens everywhere
7) Go to Nara

Oh yeah, sometime ago I used to dance. It's funny cuz if I'm drunk enough I think I still can.

We used to go to Tijuana just to eat tacos. I MISS YOU TJ TACOS!!!

I was a lot more active back then. Damn this Xbox and computer.

Random gatherings at Toe-Knee's house were great cuz you never knew what you were gonna do or where the night and day could end up. WBZ 4 Life.
