Alvinisms 460

"A true friend reaches for your hand and touches your heart."

-Unknown

Did you know: The first-ever digital camera recorded a .01-megapixel image in 1975.

Thought of the day: Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! Guess who came into the shop Monday afternoon? Yup...Mr. Vincent Santos himself, live in the flesh. Yes he's only back for a limited time but it was nice to catch up and see an old friend. It's funny because I've known him for over 12 years and he's only been gone 2 years and for some of it I lived in Japan w/ him. But it seriously feels like a long time.

Oh yeah, and a late congratulations to Leonard Portillo for graduating from the Air Force and is now a First Class Airman! Proud of you bro!

I moved to Japan w/Vince in 2006 and I lived w/ Leo in Fullerton from 2002 to 2004. So two of my closest friends moved out are doing big things man!!! For me? I've been doing big things my whole life (no homo) and the bigger things are just around the corner. So watch out world. Peace. Love. Faith.

Back to my train day w/ Preez, we went to eat at Bubba Gump Shrimp and the sights along the way to the walk to PinkBerry were pretty awesome.

Downtown Long Beach is pretty cool for a day if you wanna drive up and spend an awesome day up here.

This place is pretty good for having a few flavors and the place is so nice that there is no photography allowed inside. No joke. It's worth checking out...and eating too! My first tart flavor that I like!

Getting closer! I know ya'll wanna see pics of the Getty, but you gotta take a tram to get there. Yup! Pretty sick huh! You gotta only pay for parking and the rest is free! The place is up on the mountain so you gotta tram it up to get to the place.

Look forward to the next Alvinism for pics of the Getty. Preez made fun of something in my teeth so she took a picture. I'm tired and drunk from St. Patty's day. Goodnight and check my shit out tomorrow! Boop!

Do you ever see those "Missing cat or dog" posters on lightposts, trees, or signgs? So I go jogging and I come across one of the signs in my neighborhood.

Lo and behold, I come across it on my path! I've never heard a story where someone has found something or had it recovered so it felt really good to be able to return the airplane. The man and his two daughters were so happy and I got this happy feeling in my tummy too. Good karma son!

This is an old picture of when JR aka Fatch and I went to Buffalo Exchange. This tree is so twisted and turned, but oddly enough it curves just enough so it doesn't block the street.

See how close it is? It's like it can feel the presence of a car and it chose not to grow there! Strangey!
