Alvinisms 1185

"One ought, every day at least, to hear a little song, read a good poem, see a fine picture, and if it were possible, to speak a few reasonable words."

-Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749 - 1832)

Did you know: An elephant trunk has no bone but 40,000 muscles.

Thought of the day: One great perk of being and elementary school teacher is really getting into each holiday. Not just taking a day off or just reminding them of what's coming up but really delving into each day and learning and more importantly appreciating what it's about.

Food for thought:

Croque madame on crusty bread w/ mornay sauce, ham, gruyere and fried eggs. Niiiice!

-Alvinism of the Wildboyz

Snow in San Diego!?!

Play zones and sled zones.

And tons of kids.

Here they come!

Feet up and just go!!!

They seemed to have a good time.

Giant snowball or snowcone?

The little one up to no good.

The older one up to even more no good.

Throngs of people to see the Christmas miracle of snow in San Diego.

Don't eat the yellow snow.

Can't wait for the 25th to go snowboarding now!

Better get away before they decide to peg me.
