Alvinisms 967

"Deeds, not stones, are the true monuments of the great."

-John L. Motley (1814 - 1877)

Did you know: The Eisenhower interstate system requires that one-mile in every five must be straight. These straight sections are usable as airstrips in times of war or other emergencies.

Thought of the day: This has been the worst eating weekend I've had since my cruise to Cabo aka Catalina/Ensendada.

Friday we ate at Savory Buffet after a funeral, Saturday was Magic Mountain or more like eating and a few rides, Sunday was Hooters till you puke. Maybe I should cleanse just for this weekend.

Food for thought:

Josephine has been posting pictures of her work at culinary school and boy are they delicious, scrumptious, and savory!

So good we rode it twice, once in the day and again at night. The lines were so short!
