Thought of the day: Damn, it's been a month since I've really done any running or training. Took a week off after the Tough Mudder, then I got sick, I was lazy somewhere inbetween, and now I'm in a rut. Just went for my first quick run and it honestly felt well....crappy. Ah well, it's never too hard to get back into it.
