"At the height of laughter, the universe is flung into a kaleidoscope of new possibilities."
-Jean Houston
Did you know: By the time a child reaches nursery school, he or she will laugh about 300 times a day. Adults laugh an average of 17 times a day. (Not if you're with the Wildboyz, you'll laugh about 100 billion times! An hour!)
Laughing can burn calories. In fact, laughing for 10 minutes each day can burn the same amount of calories as a half-hour workout. (And that's why I'm known to some as the Filipino Brad Pitt)
Laughter can be infectious. It can make others smile, and feel happier. The people who cheer us up and make us laugh are the people we are more likely to remember and want to be around. (This must be the reason I hang around these ugly muggs)
Thought of the day: If you know me, you should know by now that I don't take things tooooo seriously and am always happy. You should also know that I've been wanted to be sort of the modern day, "Patch Adams" in that I wanna work with kids, social work, laughter therapy, etc. Hopefully everything will take course. Yesterday I spent the whole day with my best friend Lainnee and my other best friend Eddie. I wanna say thank to them and all the friends I've made and met over the years who've contributed to my Brat Pitt-like appearance due to laughter. Ya'll make me whole and make me, me. Some these pictures have got to make you laugh. Peas.

This is Leo, one of my closest friends and exroomate. But I think someone ate him or jumped inside his body. Poor guy.

This is me and Lainee, we were rooting for the green knight but her face says she's rooting for Red. Ha!

The is JR, Fatch, JRazcal one of my other exroomies on his bday. What the hell...

This is Toe-Knee after he got his wisdom teeth taken out. He calls me a little beaver, but that must make him papa beaver. Whos that in the back sniping people in Call of Duty 2?

Me Lord and me Lady. Fun times on train day!
